Radios RTL/RTL2 and Fun-Radio choose MailRelation and its engine of IA : Sightis, for the management of incoming e-mails from their listeners.

The leader of French radio sought to change their incoming e-mail management system with a daily flow of 450 e-mails. He was using American software and was looking for a solution providing more features and capable of dealing with an ever-growing number of e-mails.

After a comparative study of the principal platforms of the market, RTL-Net (subsidiary multi-media of the group) chose MailRelation. It is mainly the capacity of the artificial intelligence engine, Sightis, which made all the difference.
